Location: Dumas, Texas

About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Regional CDL A Tanker and Hazmat Driver for a direct-hire opportunity based in Dumas, Texas. This regional role involves transporting liquid products to dairy farms and requires drivers who are comfortable working in farm environments, handling hoses and ladders, and working around cattle, mud, and industrial chemicals.

Pay & Schedule Details

• $28–$32 per hour
• Overtime after 8 hours
• Double time after 12 hours
• Biweekly pay
• 40 hours per week
• Regional routes with two routes per week
• Overnight hotel stays at least 3–4 days per week
• Anticipated start date: August 19, 2026

Job Details

• Route type: Regional
• Freight: Liquid dairy-farm products and chemicals, including formaldehyde, copper sulfate, and acidified liquid copper
• Equipment: Day-cab tanker trucks
• Handling: Heavy touch; drivers load using a hose and unload at dairy farms
• Routes may include Texas, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Utah, Idaho, Washington, and the Northeast, based on business needs
• Each route typically includes deliveries to 10–16 dairies

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes safely and efficiently
• Begin routes at the plant and load the truck using a hose
• Deliver and unload products at dairy farms
• Use truck or farm ladders to inspect the inside of tanks
• Work safely around cattle, mud, dirt, farm conditions, and chemicals
• Complete two routes per week while maintaining accurate delivery and safety procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Active Hazmat endorsement
• Active Tanker endorsement
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
