About the Position

Our client is seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver for dedicated store deliveries throughout South Carolina and North Carolina. This role offers home-daily routes, automatic day cab equipment, and no-touch freight.

Pay & Schedule

Pay rate: $0.58 per mile
Mileage and stop pay
40 hours per week
10–11-hour shifts
Midnight start time
Thursday and Friday off
Home daily

Job Details

Route type: Local delivery
Delivery area: Stores throughout South Carolina and North Carolina, including Wilmington, Charleston, and Raleigh
Freight: No-touch freight
Handling: Mostly drop and hook, with occasional live unloads
Equipment: Automatic Freightliner and Volvo day cab trucks

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate an automatic day cab truck on local delivery routes
Deliver freight to stores throughout South Carolina and North Carolina
Complete drop-and-hook operations and occasional live unloads
Follow all applicable safety, transportation, and delivery procedures
Maintain accurate delivery and mileage records

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
