About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local operations for our client in Youngstown, Ohio. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Average pay: $1,300 per week
• Weekly pay range: $1,200–$1,500
• Pay structure: $0.70 per mile, $30 per stop, and $25 per drop and hook
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: Between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.

• Safely transport and unload palletized freight using a manual pallet jack.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
