Local CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver | $30 per hour plus OT | Gahanna, OH

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local operations based in Gahanna, OH. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Truck Driver Details 

• Schedule: Day shift - 5am to 6am start, home daily
• Pay: $1200 - $1500 average per week
• Route Type: Local - home daily
• Freight / Load Type: Fabricated Steel 
• Handling: Heavy Touch - strapping & chaining & unloading by hand or using a turn bar

CDL B Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 1 year of recent and verifiable driving experience 
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Truck Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate equipment on local routes 
• Transport equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
• Meet the physical demands of the role
