Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
- Job Stability: No more than 4 jobs in the past 5 years
- Driving Record: Clean/acceptable MVR
- Physical Capability: Able to get in and out of trucks frequently
- Safety Record: No DOT-defined accidents in the last 3 years; no serious offenses in the last 7 years
- Skills: Strong backing and maneuvering skills
TransForce is actively seeking reliable and experienced CDL-A Drivers for local shuttle routes in Tolleson, AZ. This role involves transporting beverages using dry van equipment and offers a predictable schedule with consistent hours.
Shuttle Driver Schedule:
- PM Shuttle: $25/hr | 6 PM to 6 AM | 4 days on, 4 days off (Rotating Schedule)
Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate yard shuttles for local beverage deliveries
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with DOT regulations
