Job Type: Full-Time, Local, Dedicated Truck Driver 

Pay Range: $25 per hour + Overtime after 40 hours 

Truck Driver Earnings: $1,056+ per week

Key Requirements: 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience 
• Job Stability: No more than 4 jobs in the past 5 years 
• Driving Record: Clean/acceptable MVR 
• Physical Capability: Able to get in and out of trucks frequently 
• Safety Record: No DOT-defined accidents in the last 3 years; no serious offenses in the last 7 years 
• Skills: Strong backing and maneuvering skills 

 

TransForce is actively seeking reliable and experienced CDL-A Drivers for local shuttle routes in Tolleson, AZ. This role involves transporting beverages using dry van equipment and offers a predictable schedule with consistent hours. 

 

Shuttle Driver Schedule: 

• PM Shuttle: $25/hr | 6 PM to 6 AM | 4 days on, 4 days off (Rotating Schedule) 

 

Truck Driver Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate yard shuttles for local beverage deliveries 
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records 
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with DOT regulations
